I have been a part of the Splitsville team for nearly a year, and I absolutely love it! Every day is different, it is so busy yet rewarding at the same time.
I started as a Kitchen Team Member and quickly progressed with the support of the management team to Kitchen Team Leader. My favourite part of my role is working with the team and inspiring them to grow and develop; and be the best versions of themselves. No day here is the same I can go from delivering awesome team briefs, to training my team on new menu developments, to finding more efficient ways of working while always making sure my kitchen is sparkly clean.
I would say if you want to apply for a job at Splitsville absolutely do it, you just need to show up with a positive attitude and we will teach you the rest!
