The What...
As a Team Leader, you’ll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the centre during scheduled shifts. As a Team Leader, you will deploy the team and delegate tasks to create the Splitsville experience for our guests by providing WOW experiences and maintaining a clean and comfortable centre environment. You will be responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Splitsville core values and best of all, you’ll be part of a company that is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do.
Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…
- Lead shifts and support daily operations across all departments
- Deliver exceptional, friendly guest service both in-person and over the phone
- Demonstrate strong leadership by coaching, motivating, and developing team members
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide real-time feedback
- Ensure all areas meet Splitsville standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety
- Support team scheduling, breaks, and shift transitions
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and team target setting
- Assist in controlling labour and operating costs in line with business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling and health & safety procedures
- Complete all required checklists, reporting, and shift summaries
- Oversee booking systems and ensure accurate guest data entry
- Coordinate team communication to ensure seamless guest flow and event execution
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service offerings
- Support stock control, inventory management, and audit standards
- Ensure all guest experiences—from parties to casual visits—run smoothly
The Who…
The be a successful Team Leader, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a guest-facing, hospitality, entertainment, or leisure environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve (ON), Serve it Right (SK), Pro Serve (AB), Serving it Right (BC)
- Food Handlers Certificate

Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager with us, you’ll be the support system within our fast-paced, dynamic world. With varied responsibilities ranging from coaching and mentoring to running front-of-house and supporting back-of-house. No day is the same and you will always have opportunities to train and progress. All while ensuring your centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.
Deputy Manager
As a Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to deliver financial targets and service standards. Across the bar, diner, and amusements, you’ll inspire the team to provide outstanding service for our customers and empower them to perform at the best of their ability. If you love being hands-on in an exciting environment where you can progress, this role could be perfect for you.
General Manager
If you enjoy leading a great team of people with the freedom to make a real impact, our General Manager roles offer just that. Driving the financial and commercial performance of one of our busy centres, you’ll share in our success as you coach, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back for more.
Regional Manager
Our Regional Managers provide outstanding leadership and operational support to Centre Managers and their teams. You will be the primary contact for your centres as a Regional Manager, assessing and responding to the support needs of our team of over 300 enthusiastic Team Members. Through coaching and development plans, you’ll ensure Managers have the knowledge and confidence to develop, whilst constantly progressing yourself.

If we like what we see, you’ll have an offer and contract from us soon after your trial shift. The rest is up to you to accept the offer, start your induction, and eventually join our team.
