We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and play a key role in managing inventory, supporting installations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll handle everything from receiving and organizing stock to coordinating shipments, assisting clients, and keeping our warehouse neat, safe, and efficient. You’ll also work closely with our sales, installation, and office teams to keep projects on track, resolve challenges, and make sure our customers have what they need, when they need it.

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately record inventory transactions, receipts, adjustments, and stock transfers in QuickBooks.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Provide general warehouse support and assist with special projects as required.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry and documentation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Assist with receiving, inventory movements, and stock transfers as needed.

Customer Service & Sale Support

• Assist customers with order pickups, product inquiries, and order status requests.
• Prepare customer quotes and estimates using QuickBooks and established company pricing guidelines.
• Support inside sales activities by providing pricing, product availability, and inventory information.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Administrative & Reporting Functions

• Process purchase orders, receiving transactions, inventory adjustments, and transfers within QuickBooks.
• Generate inventory, purchasing, and operational reports as requested.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, email, and other company software to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and customer transactions.

The Who…

The be a successful Warehouse Associate, you’ll have:

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, customer service, or order fulfillment experience is an asset.
• Experience using QuickBooks for inventory management and order processing is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Previous experience with Zoho is an asset
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical activities that require use of entire body, such as lifting, climbing, walking, reaching, crouching, standing, pushing, pulling;
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
