We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to lead national campaigns and seasonal activations. You’ll own the campaign calendar, oversee brand and PR activity, and drive awareness, consideration, and commercial results.

The What...

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…

  • Develop, manage and deliver the annual calendar of national campaigns and promotions, aligned with UK business plans and objectives
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated media campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring all campaigns are delivered to deadline and well-communicated across the wider business and centre teams
  • Own brand and creative management, ensuring all campaign assets are on-brand, consistent and impactful
  • Manage Splitsville’s social channels, working with the UK content team, to drive brand engagement
  • Manage relationships with Social and PR agencies, including briefing, performance management and budget control
  • Oversee brand tracking and performance measurement, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure campaigns are optimised for ROI, spend efficiency and commercial impact
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand health and marketing effectiveness for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with UK media, digital, e-commerce and social teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across channels
  • Provide clear campaign toolkits and guidance to support local execution across centres
  • Work closely with UK social and content team and local agencies/freelancers to drive brand awareness through social channels
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency in messaging, creative and execution across all business units
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform campaign strategy
  • Support broader marketing projects and initiatives as required to meet company growth objectives
  • Oversee workback schedules and lead cross-functional teams with required communication to maintain business timelines.
  • Prepare up-to-date reports on departmental progress and direction.

The Who…

The be a successful Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll have:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager role with direct reports
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns – and facilitating their successful execution. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including social media, communications, graphic design, e-commerce websites, email marketing and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience within Entertainment and Hospitality industries is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite and various CMS and email marketing platforms an asset
  • Experience with graphic design, photography and video creation is an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously
  • High-energy, self-starter with positive and engaging personality
  • Outstanding attention to detail with excellent design sense and strong understanding of branding, communications, marketing principles and best practices.

    Work Environment/Travel Requirements:

  • Hybrid office/entertainment centre environment
  • Weekly visits to centres within the GTA; occasional overnight travel to non-local centres
