We're looking for a National Sales Director to lead our national sales strategy, grow corporate and events business, develop strategic partnerships, and unlock the next stage of commercial growth for Splitsville across Canada.

The What...

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive event revenue growth across corporate events, birthday parties, school bookings, group packages, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities to expand market share across Canada.
  • Drive revenue growth while increasing off-peak centre utilization through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with national accounts, corporate clients, schools, sports organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of high-value national and multi-location sales opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and secure major bookings, partnerships, and commercial agreements.
  • Position Splitsville as Canada's leading destination for corporate events, celebrations, and group experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Events Sales Manager (ESM) team to achieve revenue, activity, and conversion targets.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, sales KPIs, and accountability measures across the sales function.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and development planning.
  • Own and optimize lead management processes, CRM systems, sales reporting, and conversion workflows.
  • Ensure strong pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and effective lead follow-up standards.
  • Partner with Marketing to grow digital lead generation, online conversions, and event package visibility.
  • Use sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for commercial improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to align sales strategies with centre capacity, pricing, and guest experience.
  • Design and implement sales incentives, campaigns, and activation programs that drive measurable results.
  • Provide strategic reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights to support business planning and revenue growth.

The Who…

The be a successful National Sales Director, you’ll have:

  • Proven success in senior sales, business development, or event sales leadership within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, attractions, venues, or other multi-site consumer businesses.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning, growing, and retaining national accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong ability to build structured sales pipelines, processes, and KPI-driven performance frameworks.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate demand into profitable revenue growth across multiple locations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, lead management, and sales reporting systems to drive efficiency and conversion.
  • Skilled at using data, insights, and forecasting to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate at a senior level.
  • Collaborative leader who works effectively across operations, marketing, digital, and support functions.
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial leader who fosters a culture of accountability, development, innovation, and exceptional guest experience.
